CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Satisfaction unconditionally guaranteed. Simply notify the shop within 48 hours of receipt of your flowers. Replacement is made if you are unhappy for ANY reason. If Divine Vines takes proper care of their clients, why would they even think of going somewhere else?

PAYMENT POLICY

For our online & telephone shoppers, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For our personal shoppers, we also accept Canadian Cash & Debit cards.

DELIVERY

  • Yaletown destinations are “walked” by one of our staff members for all orders received by 2pm on weekdays.
  • Same Day delivery by courier is available in Vancouver for all orders received by 1pm.
  • Arrival at business destinations by 4pm and residential addresses by 5pm.
  • Please call us with your special requests for Rush and Special delivery service.

Mondays to Fridays - delivery

  • Yaletown destination are “walked” by one our staff members for orders received by 2pm.
  • Same day delivery by courier is available in Vancouver for orders received by 1pm.
  • One business day notice to Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock, Tsawwassen.

Saturday - delivery

  • Same day Delivery service in Vancouver & Burnaby for orders received by 11am..
  • On occasion, service is available to North Vancouver, West Vancouver & Coquitlam. Please call with your request.

Closed During:

Sundays & Statutory Holidays (We are closed these days.)

Re: Delivery Problems

Should we be unable to deliver due to incorrect delivery information, a second delivery fee will be charged for another attempt and/or re-directing to another destination. We will call residential destinations to confirm that someone will be home or a safe place to leave the delivery. Should we be unable to successfully delivery your order, you will be contacted by email, phone or both.
